PALONDRÉ THE LABEL Return & Exchange Policy

We accept returns and exchanges for domestic orders within the United States on full-price items within 10 days of delivery. Returns are eligible for store credit, exchange, or refund.

Return Requirements

• Items must be unworn, unused, and returned with all original packaging, hang tags, and hygiene liners intact.
• Due to hygiene standards, undergarments must be worn when trying on swimwear.
• Returns not meeting these criteria will be sent back, and we reserve the right to refuse items showing signs of wear, misuse, or alterations.

Final Sale: All international orders, sale items, and discounted purchases are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Fees

• A $15 restocking fee applies to refunds. If free shipping was used, an additional $10 shipping fee will be deducted.
• Restocking fees are waived for exchanges or store credit.

Process

Email us at info@palondrethelabel.com to request a return. Pre-paid labels are provided for domestic returns. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after inspection. Exchanges are accepted for available sizes and limited to one per order.
