Return Policy

We hope that you will love your new swimwear, but if for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase of FULL PRICED merchandise, we will gladly accept your UNWORN/UNWASHED items within 14 days of the date of purchase, in exchange FOR store credit.

Please Note: All products sold are non-refundable. A credit with no expiration date will be issued, which you can use to purchase another size, style, or color of your choice.

Sale items and items purchased using a discount code are FINAL SALE, and are not eligible for store credit.

Am I Eligible for Store Credit?

We accept merchandise as long as the following requirements are met:

 - All hygiene stickers are still in place

​- The bikini has not been worn or washed

- The bikini must be returned in the original packaging including cotton bag & hang tags

​- The returns process must have been started within 14 days of receipt

We highly suggest our customers to try on the bottoms over underwear and to not remove the hygiene sticker unless you are 100% certain you would like to keep the item.

Due to health regulations, styles that are worn, damaged, laundered, or soiled will NOT be accepted. It is at our discretion to determine whether or not the swimwear has been soiled. If it is determined to be soiled, we will not accept it for an exchange / store credit.

Do You Process Exchanges?

At this time, we cannot accommodate exchanges. However, if the above requirements are met please be advised that your full priced items are eligible for store credit, and you can place a new order for your desired item or size.

Organizing My 'Return for Store Credit'

Please​ email us with complete details of your request to return for store credit. On the subject line write "RETURN FOR STORE CREDIT" followed by your order number.

​We will respond to all inquiries within 48 hours. A return number will be issued to you, and we will send you a return form and address. Please fill out the form and return it with the exchanged item.

​Shipping will not be covered by us if you choose to return. We recommend using a registered postal service with a tracking facility, as we do not take responsibility for any lost items.

Once we receive and assess your returned swimwear, we will email you with your store credit code.

What If My Order Is Faulty?

In the unlikely case that you receive a faulty item, please email us at info@palondrethelabel.com and we will promptly assist to resolve the issue.
